There are about 16
entrances onto the River
Parkway, which runs parallel to River Road. This entrance is
particularly welcoming.
Along the route, there are wonders to behold, like this amazingly huge
grouping of Sahuaro cacti.
These big boys may be as many as 250 years old.
This area of the Parkway, shown below, looks like an Enchanted Forest.
Another
special aspect of the Parkway is that many
of the foot bridges have picturesque tiles.
They are shown here, along with the name of the bridge in which they
reside.
